The time needed to fill an order typically ranges from 1-2 business days.  Most of our items are ready to ship unless stated.

All processed orders are shipped out on the same day or next day from when you receive your shipping confirmation email. All orders are ship through USPS. Please check USPS shipping days when selecting your shipping option. 

We are not responsible for loss, damaged or stolen packages. Once is dropped off at the USPS office is not our responsibility, so please contact them if you have any issues. 

Our Journals, notebooks, bookmarks, and tote bags are handmade items; they are not mass-produced and will have slight variations, which are part of their charm. Please consider this when making a purchase.


We do not accept exchanges or refunds do to the nature of the product.

Cancellation of an order may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your order is shipped prior to receiving notice of cancellation, your order cannot be cancelled.
